Refund and Returns Policy

Return can be done in 3-4 working days after receiving the order.

Refunded amount will be credited in original payment  method.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Certain products (e.g., digital goods or customized orders) are not eligible for return.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of products. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  • Provide a reason for the return and attach relevant images (if applicable).
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hours of purchase if they have not been processed.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • For digital products cancellation is not allowed.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you need an exchange, email us at hi@sktofficial.in with order details and images of the defective item.

6. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable content.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
